We are currently in need of two highly experienced professionals for the newly established business units to lead a full sales cycle in the areas of:

1) fintech/banking/insurance

2) music and entertainment

Responsibilities:

leading a full sales cycle from a qualified lead, to winning a project and further account management of our clients

pitching services offered by Miquido (by showing what are the values of cooperation rather than showing how great we are)

preparing quotes and proposals in cooperation with technical teams (always focusing on the win-win scenario)

representing Miquido at IT/tech or business conferences and events as a visitor or speaker (to build an invaluable contacts network)

providing first-class consultancy and support (we believe customer care is deeply embedded in the Account Executive role on each stage of the sales process)

creating sales opportunities (including upsell) & active customer acquisition by using a variety of sales channels including own sources: networking, inbound & outbound leads, referrals

using Hubspot on a daily basis for deals management

Must have

have 5+ years of experience in selling B2B software services (this is an absolute must)

present thorough understanding of mobile and web apps development process (previous experience in software house would be a huge advantage)

have proven record of contributing to customer base expansion and overachieving targets

have experience in outbound sales

are interested in new technologies & up-to-date with current market changes

can speak fluent English (C1 level)

have experience in collaborating with enterprise clients (both Polish and abroad), selling and upselling to the current clients by keeping the relationship in the right shape

honesty and ethical behaviour are your key driving factors & you present highly collaborative approach and proactivity

are willing to share knowledge, introduce changes and actively contribute to the sales team success

have a network of business contacts in enterprises and you are willing to work on making the list even longer
