building a potential customer base by using available tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, ProspectIn, Lead Forensics)

active acquisition of new leads and customers through outbound activities

monitoring and updating knowledge about the activities of other companies about getting new customers

implementation of assumed plans and achieving sales targets/KPI’s

building and maintaining relationships with customers

providing business support and advice at the initial stages of sales (first contact with clients, preliminary lead qualification, customer needs research)

representing Miquido at conferences as a visitor or speaker (to build an invaluable contacts network)

close cooperation with other company departments (including: Production, Marketing & Design)

analyzing and reporting of performed sales activities

Must have

min. 1+ year of experience in business development/lead generation

fluent communication in German (C1 level, both in writing and in speaking)

business acumen

knowledge of social selling tools and ability to use them effectively

describing yourself as: goals driven, open-minded, self-starter

being focused on analysing & adjusting outbound techniques to improve results

being tech-savvy or willing to learn relevant software skills

experience in lead generation on DACH market

Nice to have

former experience in a software house or IT company

English on B2/C1 level
