Junior Project Manager

Overseeing 1-3 small to mid-sized IT projects for both Polish and international clients, under the guidance of a more experienced Project Manager.

Acting as a point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring effective communication and building positive working relationships

Assisting in defining project requirements and preparing necessary documentation, including user stories and basic project plans

Supporting the organization of project tasks and ensuring they align with Agile project methodologies, in collaboration with other team members

Preparing project reports, updating project documentation, and supporting billing processes as needed

1+ year of experience in project coordination or a related role in a Software House environment

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong communication skills in both Polish and English (minimum C1 level)

Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, and a strong willingness to learn more about best practices

Knowledge and hands-on experience with IT project development / mobile (preferably) project development

Previous experience working directly with clients, particularly in a cross-cultural or international setting

Interest in IT development, software project management, and emerging tech

Availability to work from our office in Kraków as required
