UI Product Designer (Visual Focus) – regular/senior

Lead or support advanced UI and Visual Design work for digital products, from concepts to final, developer-ready interfaces.

Help shape and maintain scalable Design Systems and component libraries with a strong visual focus.

Present design ideas and visual recommendations to stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback.

Create high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and show the final look & feel.

Work closely with designers and developers to ensure high-quality implementation of visual designs.

Stay up to date with UI/Visual Design trends and bring fresh ideas into projects.

Support the broader design process by contributing to research, UX flows, and usability testing, especially from a visual optimisation perspective.

2+ years of experience in UI and Visual Design for digital products in commercial environments.

A strong, thoughtful portfolio showing your visual skills, design decisions, and your role in projects.

Confident use of Figma, including advanced features for Design Systems and components.

Solid understanding of UCD principles and common UI patterns (web & mobile).

Excellent eye for aesthetics, typography, colour, and composition.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Good organisational skills and ability to manage your own workflow.

Fluent English and Polish (B2+).

Experience with micro-interactions and motion design.

Interest or experience in branding and translating brand identity into digital visuals.

Ability to create illustrations or simple 3D visuals for product needs.

Familiarity with Webflow or other rapid-prototyping tools.

Experience leading or co-leading brainstorming or visual workshops.

Experience using AI tools to support visual exploration and design workflows.
