We are
150+ strong, Kraków-based software agency with 14 years of experience delivering complex digital products for enterprise clients across fintech, healthcare, entertainment and retail.
In 2026 we made a choice: to stop being a general-purpose software house and double down on what we’re genuinely best at — mobile for enterprise. Not apps. Mobile as a core business channel: acquisition, retention, operations, brand.
We are in progress of transforming into an AI-first org. Autonomous where possible. Human-controlled where it matters. AI isn’t a feature we offer clients — it’s the backbone of how we work and deliver value to our teammates and clients.

You are
Self-driven, genuinely curious about clients’ businesses, proactive and okay with moving fast in a multiple 3-5 people squads. You don’t need perfect data to decide; you are fine with adapting to change and willing to build something new. You are excited about the AI-first mindset as a tool enabling more time to do what matters. We’re not a big corp — you’ll work directly with engineering, domain experts and our C-suite.

Tasks

Client Portfolio Management: Lead the full journey with +5-8M PLN annual revenue across existing and new clients, from onboarding to strategic growth, making sure every partnership benefits both the client and Miquido

Strategic Planning & Negotiations: Shape tailored strategies for each client, confidently negotiating terms and aligning solutions with their goals (GTM, Account Growth Plans, OKR frameworks). Drive the change from T&M model into outcome based offering.

Quote and Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical and experts teams to craft proposals and presentations focused on delivering win-win solutions and long-term value

Sales Growth Initiatives: Work closely with teams to identify new opportunities, increase cross-selling and upselling, and proactively deliver innovative, impactful solutions

Client Engagement: Maintain a close, proactive connection with clients through regular interactions and face to face visits

Using our agentic Claude and Gemini tools to automate the repetitive stuff — proposal admin, research, follow-ups — so you spend time on what matters: strategy, creative teamwork, and client relationships

Everything mobile for enterprise — from revenue-focused product strategy to engineering and AI governance. We go deep, not wide.

Targeted industries: D2C customer centric verticals (health, m&e, service commerce)

Targeted geo: UK, CEE, DACH

Must have

Experienced in 360 Sales or Key Account Manager: 3+ years in account management, ideally in competitive markets within software/IT services.
Proven record of hitting targets and growing accounts with data to back it up

Enterprise Sales Experience: Skilled in working with long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder management within multi-national context

AI-First Mindset: Curious about how agentic workflows and AI tools are reshaping client relationships and software services — and excited to work in an environment that bets on that shift

Fluent English (C1) & Polish: Strong communication skills in both languages, particularly in negotiation and client relationship management

Organized & Self-Driven: High initiative, with the ability to prioritize and achieve goals independently within GTM, AGP, OKR planning frameworks
