About the project
We’re working on an exciting new project for a major FoodTech client, aimed at replacing their fragmented mobile app ecosystem—currently maintained separately for multiple brands—with a unified WhiteLabel multiplatform solution.
This initiative is designed to reduce development costs, accelerate time to market, and establish a scalable foundation for future web expansion, all while maintaining the distinct user experience of each brand.
The project will be executed in several phases: it will begin with a WhiteLabel proof of concept (PoC), followed by an MVP implementation for the first brand. Once validated, a full-featured mobile application will be delivered. The entire solution will be built using Flutter to ensure cross-platform consistency and development efficiency.
If the rollout proves successful, we’ll proceed with implementing the solution for additional brands and take responsibility for their ongoing maintenance and future development.
The initial project duration is 3 months, with a possible extension up to 7 months.
