FAQ
Here's everything else you might want to know
How many recruitment stages do you have?
Well… one. Or two – depending on how you count it. After a short phone screen with our HR team, you will be invited to our office for a recruitment meeting, which will last up to two hours and cover both technical/domain knowledge and some HR topics. Easy – peasy 🙂
Is the recruitment process conducted remotely?
Yes it is. All you need is an access to webcam.
Can I work from home after pandemic time?
Yes – we are open up to 100% remote collaboration during and after pandemic time.
When should I expect to be contacted?
Once your CV is qualified for the next step of recruitment, someone from our HR team will reach out to you. However, please note that we contact only those candidates whose experience & skills match our vacancy requirements.
How long will I have to wait for feedback after the interview?
We try to provide detailed feedback within two weeks from the meeting. If there are any delays, we will keep you updated.
What technologies do you use?
As we are a software house, we use various technologies. Our team always picks the best one for a particular project. We are working with Java, Golang, Node.js, Vue.js, React Native and many more..🙂
Do you know which project I will be assigned to?
Miquido is a dynamically growing company, so – as much as we would like to – we can never foresee what projects will come our way in 1-2 months. That’s why during the recruitment process, we can rarely determine, which project you’ll be assigned to for sure (unless you apply to our more “static” teams such as marketing, HR or sales).
Will I be able to change the projects internally?
Yes, in Miquido when one project ends, another one starts. There is no room for boredom or stagnation. We do our best to keep our team members happy and allow them to change projects. Or technology. Or both.
