AI/ML Team Leader

supporting team members in planning their career development within Miquido (providing insights/feedback on team members – their performance, areas for development and strengths)

supporting biz dev / sales team in offering data science to Miquido clients

working with sales team to conduct business and technical discovery with customers, including estimation and planning

educating and evangelizing customers in topics related to proposals or our company offer

having conversations with customers and subject matter experts to clarify expectations from requirements

designing and taking ownership of the AI/ML technology roadmap enabling the production of innovative AI/ML solutions

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or related field

strong experience in taking AI/ML experimental projects to production

a deep understanding of how technology, process and business interact to solve problems

can-do attitude and transparent approach (informing about problems/obstacles/progress)

strong experience in working directly with clients / external stakeholders

openness to researching, settings new directions, new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of software solution domains

open minded, ability to take stakeholder’s feedback, have another look, reevaluate and adapt

excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level)

experience with AWS AI/ML Services and Frameworks (e.g. Personalize, Rekognition)

experience in Business Intelligence
