Tasks

Designing and developing automations in n8n for Miquido and external clients

Building workflows powered by LLMs (e.g. GPT-4) and AI agents

Creating integrations with external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and tokens

Maintaining and improving existing automations

Writing logic in JavaScript within n8n (e.g. data transformations, conditions)

Automating processes in areas such as sales, HR, marketing, and BI

Creatively combining tools and technologies to scale and optimize workflows

Must have

Practical experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier)

Basic understanding of JavaScript (enough to write scripts in n8n)

Ability to integrate systems via API and webhooks

Experience using LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) for automation and agent design

Independence, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset

Fluency in Polish (C1) for daily communication

Good command of English (B2) to navigate tools and documentation

Nice to have

Experience integrating tools like Google Workspace or HubSpot

Experience creating chatbots using n8n or other low-code/no-code platforms

Understanding of workflows and needs in software house environments

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a willingness to grow in this area
