design technical solutions / architecture for given business and non-functional requirements with scalability and maintainability in mind

working with sales team to conduct business and technical discovery with customers, including estimation and planning

working with Team Lead to improve technology platform and solve backend teams facing issues

improving developers standards, tooling, and processes for the developers team at large

having conversations with customers and subject matter experts to clarify expectations from requirements

implementing software design standards and best practices

writing technical documentation (design documents and technical proposals, changelogs)

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering

proven ability to lead technical architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions

can-do attitude and transparent approach (informing about problems/obstacles/progress)

strong experience in working directly with clients / external stakeholders

openness to researching, settings new directions, new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of software solution domains

ability to easily and articulately explain complex technical concepts to cross functional team members

good knowledge in at least one of the following languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript

own all aspects of product development, from prototyping new ideas to designing and coding new systems to setting strategic architectural direction

excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level)

expertise in utilizing either SQL or NoSQL databases

experience implementing authentication / authorization using strategies such as JWT / OIDC / OAUTH
