taking care of the candidate from the moment of accepting the offer to the first day of work in administrative matters (collecting data necessary for employment, ensuring the data’s accuracy and completeness, assistance in choosing benefits, issuing test referrals, answering questions)

administrative support for B2B associates (including preparation of contracts, annexes, orders)

responsibility for the benefit system at Miquido, both from the administrative side (ordering and settling benefits for employees and co-workers, caring for the cafeteria system, e.g. activation / deactivation of accounts, sending welcome emails, contact with the guardian) and conceptual (regular review of proposed by the company “hard” benefits, collecting and comparing market offers)

cooperation with the occupational health and safety worker, organizing occupational health and safety training for employees

granting authorizations to process personal data under the supervision of the Personal Data Protection Coordinator

administration of the internal HR system (BambooHR) – monitoring the accuracy and validity of data on leaves and other absences

ad hoc support (ultimately increasing) for Senior Payroll Specialist in servicing employees employed on the basis of an employment contract (including preparation of documents and declarations, assistance in calculating payroll, recording and settling working time)

HR and payroll services for a subsidiary company

Must have

min. 1 year of experience in working as an associate with the administrative and human resources service or the benefit area of a company

good command of written and spoken English (min. B2 level)

education in the field, preferably human resource management, accounting, economics, administration

accuracy and meticulousness

independence and good organization of work

proactivity, focus on teamwork and implementation of improvements

Nice to have

practical knowledge of labor law and related issues with remuneration settlement

knowledge of HR and payroll systems (e.g. Enova)

experience in employing foreigners
