Tasks
research, prospecting, and acquiring data for outbound campaigns
communicating with potential clients, setting appointments
building, collating, and maintaining client information in the CRM and other databases
assisting Business Development Team before, during and after conferences or industry events – arranging meetings, preparing presentations, and support with establishing relationships with prospects
close cooperation with the Business Development Team on a daily basis and other company departments (including Sales, Production, Marketing, and Product Strategy)
Must have
excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
excellent writing and research capabilities
strong organizational and planning skills
ability to pay attention to detail
describing yourself as open-minded, goal-oriented, and team player
ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Nice to have
being tech-savvy or willing to learn relevant software skills
former experience in the Business Development / B2B Sales / Lead Generation
interest in new technologies or previous experience in the IT world
experience in working with prospecting, lead generation, and/or CRM tools e.g. Pipedrive, Hubspot, Sales Navigator, ProspectIn, Mailshake, etc.
