building relationships with incoming customers

timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming sales enquiries received

preliminary lead qualification (first contact with clients, customer needs research, lead qualification note preparation and submitting it to the Account Executive Team)

providing business support and advice at the initial stages of sales

managing, tracking and reporting sales activities in the Pipedrive CRM

daily use of professional tools that will help you gather accurate information about the client (e.g. Linkedin Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc)

close cooperation with Account Executives and Business Development Team on a daily basis and other company departments (including: Production, Marketing and Product Strategy)

Must have

min. 1+ year of experience in Business Development/Account Management (preferably with B2B clients)

excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)

strong listening and presentation skills

being tech-savvy or willing to learn relevant software skills

describing yourself as: open-minded, goals-oriented and team player

ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Nice to have

former experience in a software house or IT company

interest in new technologies

experience in working with CRM and Google Suite tools
