developing long-term relationships with clients

planning and executing recurring meetings with our clients focused on maintaining relationships incl.: status meetings, update calls, bonding, etc.

being the primary point of contact for our clients, supporting them with domain knowledge and advice (technical and business)

focusing on adding value to the client rather than generating revenue

actively looking at company’s services and upselling them to current clients based on their needs

participating in industry events both internal e.g. Mobiconf, and external for strengthening ties with customers (currently online, after pandemic – some level of business travel will be involved)

working between customers and cross-functional internal teams (Project teams, Product Strategy, Sales, Marketing) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions

taking ownership of problems and proactively resolving technical and process-related issues (in cooperation with internal teams and departments)

Must have

min. 2 years of experience in Account Management / Business Relationship Management in IT

strong communication and relationship-building skills

problem-solving skills and can-do attitude (you treat obstacles as challenges)

fluent communication in English (min. C1 level, both in writing and speaking)

being well-organized in managing your own tasks: prioritization, context-switching

practical knowledge of sales processes and techniques

practical knowledge of services upselling (identifying and exploring opportunities for service and business improvement, driving analysis for improvements and efficiencies)

solid knowledge of software development processes and emerging technologies

willingness to travel abroad (after pandemic ;))

Nice to have

multidisciplinary knowledge of creating digital solutions

experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Dev Team Leader, or other (problem-solver)

work experience in a software house
