Content Specialist

Implement a content marketing strategy with align with broader business goals

Co-create and execute the quarterly content plans in alignment with marketing objectives and the company’s Tone of Voice

Write SEO-optimised content in multiple formats (including articles and press releases, case studies/whitepapers, ebooks, content for landing pages, newsletters, and internal communication);

Work alongside other team members to create video and visual content, podcasts, etc.

Distribute content through various channels,

Edit, optimize, reformat, and recycle existing content based on data,

Create content campaigns to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads,

Create and implement growth hacking experiments,

Measure, analyze, and report on content marketing performance,

Create briefs and cooperate with external copywriters, developers, native proofreaders, and SEO experts,

Work across the organization (especially with Sales and Product Strategy teams) to ensure that the communication is engaging and consistent across all touchpoints.

2+ experience in a similar role, preferably in a software company,

experience in B2B marketing,

exceptional written and spoken English (min. C1),

experience in lead generation through content marketing,

strong communication and copywriting skills,

knowledge of SEO writing practices,

pratical knowledge of tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, SurferSEO, Hubspot,

outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically,

can-do attitude and high communication culture,

problem-solving skills.

master’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred: English, marketing, PR, communications),

previous experience in the IT industry,

previous experience with CMS (e.g. WordPress, Drupal)

a personal network of PR contacts.
