develop event concepts and plans

respond to event inquiries from email and events hotlines

manage events timelines and logistics

create and execute events promotion plan (help ensure the accuracy and quality of event promotional materials, blog posts and articles)

communicate and engage with event attendees and speakers using various channels

plan and coordinate the production of all promotional materials

measure, analyze and report on event performance

track event marketing trends and benchmark competitors’ activities

organize trade show presence

support internal events and initiatives

Must have

min. 1 year of experience in (B2B, sales) events planning and execution

experience in creating event concepts and promotion plans

very good English skills (B2/C1)

strong communication and interpersonal skills

strong project management skills and ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously

strong attention to detail

ability to draw conclusions based on data

knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)

previous experience in using webinar and email marketing platforms

Nice to have

previous experience with webinar and email marketing platforms (Live webinar, Webinar jam, etc)

knowledge about marketing and events in the tech industry

experience in organizing onsite events
