delivering tangible business results by building and managing Miquido’s acquisition strategy and execution needed for company growth

developing short- and mid-term actionable plans and building roadmaps focused on new clients acquisition

crafting, executing (with the support of an in-house team), and monitoring growth marketing strategies focused on increasing the number and quality of incoming leads as well as lead nurturing outcomes

analyzing the efficiency of all marketing initiatives across channels and drawing the right conclusions from data

overseeing and leading an in-house marketing team (18 people)

planning and managing digital marketing budget

establishing internal cooperation with Sales team and other stakeholders to drive better business results

continuously improving marketing processes and building a culture of data-driven marketing

Must have

minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience in growth marketing with a proven track record, preferably in the IT industry

minimum 2 years of experience in a manager’s position

excellent English skills, both verbal and written (C1+)

hands-on experience in lead generation and nurturing across various channels (e.g. website, social media, email, paid) & practical knowledge on how to build and execute marketing initiatives based on OKR

data and results-driven mindset and practical knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Data Studio)

excellent communication skills and experience in working with diverse stakeholders within the company

leading by example, being an empathetic leader with the ability to give constructive feedback and share knowledge

Nice to have

previous experience in B2B marketing for corporate clients
