Tasks
leading, mentoring, supporting and building the Lead Marketing and Employer Branding teams
creating and implementing marketing, EB, and PR strategies across multiple channels
creating and maintaining a successful brand that attracts customers and employees
tracking market trends and researching the competition
building and managing sustainable MQL and SQL lead funnels
keeping the company’s USPs, Tone of Voice, and Buyer Personas up to date
establishing KPIs and analysing, forecasting, drawing conclusions and taking actions based on them
analysing data from multiple channels, which will allow you to forecast, set KPIs for the team and take data based actions, including marketing process optimisation & setting priorities
preparing, implementing and optimising the marketing budget
creating straight to the point, executive-level reporting on an ongoing basis to clarify marketing performance
close cooperation with management, including the board and heads of other departments
bridging the operations of lead marketing and sales departments
Must have
8+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, including 4+ years in B2B Marketing
3+ years of experience in building and managing a marketing team
proven and demonstrated track record in leading a marketing strategy for B2B services on international markets, preferably in IT
extensive B2B marketing knowledge and know-how in multiple fields of marketing (digital and traditional marketing)
experience with working in a transforming & scaling company
excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
strong leadership, planning, and execution skills
analytical skills: knowledge of the business relevance of data-driven marketing, fluency in measuring the results of marketing efforts
enthusiasm toward marketing automation
tech-savvy and willing to learn relevant software skills
strong ability to think creatively and strategically
can multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
a can-do attitude and high communication capabilities
people skills: strong negotiator and empathetic leader with the ability to give constructive feedback. You’ll be keeping up the team’s morale and motivation and care for an open and friendly atmosphere
leading by example

knowledge of the technology sector and up-to-date with current market changes
knowledge of marketing and analytical tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics, Hotjar etc).
