being the main point of contact for all HR related queries, conducting regular coffee breaks with employees, helping them to solve problems big and small

assisting the whole employee lifecycle: from onboarding & reboarding to offboarding, identifying needs of the employees, managers and the organization

supporting performance management process & career development meetings

helping with data collection & analysis, for example market research, employee surveys, etc.

managing chosen employee benefits such as training budget, English classes, HearMe platform etc.

supporting internal communication and information flow, preparing, updating & explaining policies

taking active part in all other HR projects and processes with support from senior colleagues (for example talent development, succession planning, learning & development, rewards & recognition, employee engagement and others)

building strong, positive relations with employees & management, based on trust and openness

sharing daily banter with mostly, but not only HR team 🙂

Must have

1+ year experience in HR Generalist/HR Specialist role (preferably in an IT company)

at least basic experience/knowledge regarding full employee lifecycle and related chosen HR processes such as: recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, compensation policies, learning & development or other

kind & easy going attitude, full integrity and ability to quickly build relations with anyone: an employee, team leader, CEO or external partner

very good communication skills & active listener

speak English at least on B2 level

comfortable with switching contexts

hungry for knowledge & for developing your career in HR world

keen to learn from more experienced team members, but also not afraid to bring fresh ideas

Nice to have

good, sharp sense of humour 🙂

work experience from a software house or other SMB organization
