running end-to-end recruitment processes for all our teams, both technical and non-technical (business, back-office)
find and engage active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
building long-lasting relationships with candidates, building candidate pipelines
providing best candidate experience possible
implementing modern sourcing and recruiting methods (new ideas are always welcome!)
selecting advertising channels and publishing job advertisements
promoting Miquido as the employer of choice, by taking part in job fairs, conferences and meetups (currently all online 🙂
sharing daily banter with mostly, but not only HR team 🙂
Must have
1 year + of recruitment (including sourcing) experience in a fast-paced environment
you care more about the quality, not quantity & have an eye for recruitment process improvements
ability to easily communicate and relate to all the people you cooperate with
taking full ownership of assigned tasks and getting things done
ability to organize your daily work independently & effectively
speak English (B2 level)
Nice to have
keeping up to date with IT industry and local IT market news & actively use this knowledge in your daily work
