Providing opinions, legal consultations and explanations, as well as preparing draft contracts as part of the company’s current operations

Coordinating the processing of contracts with clients – initial verification of contracts from a legal and business perspective, participation in negotiations, responsibility for managing the process from the decision to start cooperation to obtaining a complete, signed contract

Coordinating the processing of contracts with subcontractors/contractors – as above, and also managing orders, monitoring expiring contracts/orders and initiating the signing process for new ones if necessary (after agreement with the appropriate team)

Coordinating GDPR processes – verifying the current state and procedures in the field of information security, maintaining a register of processing activities, analyzing and supplementing contracts with GDPR-related issues. Taking over the duties of a Data Protection Coordinator

Managing General Management and Office procedures (e.g. contract standards, order/procurement standards, document archiving standards, etc.). Elaborating and implementing procedures in mentioned areas in cooperation with the Office department

Ensuring compliance of internal regulations and documentation with applicable laws and company guidelines

Supporting Sales, Accounting, Resource Management, HR teams as an internal lawyer by preparing necessary documents (contracts, agreements, notifications), providing ongoing legal consultations

Preparing reports and summaries

Document archiving, maintaining registers

Monitoring changes in the law concerning the company

Must have

Very good command of English (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of civil, commercial and labour law

Familiarity with legal issues related to personal data protection (GDPR)

Completed legal studies, attorney-at-law trainee status and at least 1 year of professional experience

Flexibility and willingness to understand the business context

Excellent organizational skills

High communication and negotiation skills

Independence, accuracy and reliability in performing assigned tasks

Partial work from the office (hybrid working model)

Nice to have

Knowledge of IT law

Commercial experience

Interest in the industry of new technologies and IT
