planning performance marketing strategy & KPIs
implementation and management of lead generation campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn & Google Ads)
ads content writing
optimising landing pages
A/B testing
day to day monitoring and optimisation of campaigns
measuring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance
management of Google Analytics account
creating and implementing growth hacking experiments
benchmarking competitor activities
optimisation of your work to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads
cooperating with Content Specialists, Graphic Designers and Business Developers
Must have
at least 3 years experience in Google Ads (Search & GDN) and Facebook Ads
advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
experience with lead generation campaigns
excellent command of English (min. C1)
knowledge of the IT sector
data-driven analytical thinking and knowledge of channel-specific metrics and KPIs
knowledge of multi-channel attribution models
proactive attitude to continuously seek new ways to maximise campaign performance
attention to detail
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
ability to create relevant strategies connecting all performance channels
Nice to have
knowledge of Google Data Studio
experience in LinkedIn Ads campaigns
experience in software house
experience with UK and DACH Paid Social or/and Google Ads campaigns
