gathering requirements based on stakeholders and communicate recommendations for product, brand, UX and business strategy
doing market, user and desk research
planning and organising different types of workshops with clients
creating user flows and building information architecture
conducting usability testing (online and onsite) and gathering feedback from product users
using data collected from research, user testing and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs
creating wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mock-ups
working closely with product, business, marketing and technology teams
reviewing, improving and scaling existing products
creating and evolving branding
Must have
at least 2 yrs of experience in Product Design / UI/UX fields or similar, documented with a strong portfolio and case studies (preferably demonstrating that you can design products based on business goals)
experience in working with deadlines and budgets
strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
willingness to mentor and supports others
exceptional written and spoken English (C1)
interdisciplinary knowledge in the fields of UI, UX, and prototyping tools
experience in conducting workshops
Nice to have
basic knowledge of technologies and animation tools
experience in designing UX metrics and using analytics tools (Hotjar, Usertesting etc.)
