Tasks
Assigning people to project teams based on their skills, previous experience and availability
Ensuring continuity of work and smooth transfer between projects
Capacity planning and reporting
Working closely with the Sales team, being their main point of contact for people availability inquiries
Collaborating closely with the HR team, responsibility for foreseeing and defining recruitment needs
Coordinating external vendors (resource availability enquiries, contract signing and monitoring, negotiations)
Supporting project managers in ongoing resource management efforts
Tracking resources data and forecast upcoming changes
Keeping a close eye on process improvements
Must have
At least 2 years of professional experience in Resource Management (preferred) or Project Management/Recruitment Leadership in IT
Experience in working with vendors
Ability to plan and to take quick & strategic decisions
Superb communication and negotiation skills (both in Polish and English), taking different priorities & perspectives into account
Ability to keep data up to date, accustomed to preparing forecasts, foreseeing gaps & inefficiencies:have high attention to details
A 100% team player, helping to ensure smooth information flow between different stakeholders
Focused on solutions, not problems
Multitasking skills + you feel comfortable in fast paced work environments
