Tasks
Comprehensive management of cooperation with key clients, negotiating terms of cooperation, and defining commercial strategies for each client
Achieving the organization’s goals while ensuring the satisfaction of strategic customers
Preparing quotes and proposals in cooperation with technical teams (always focusing on the win-win scenario)
Preparing, presenting and negotiating commercial offers for existing clients
Coordinating the maintenance of the expected profitability of services for existing clients
Implementation of the declared budget and within KPI’s
Building a positive image of the company among business partners
Working closely with middle management and teams at Miquido within clients’ portfolios, actively looking for new engagements matching the company’s offer
Must have
Experience in Account Management within IT (min. 4 years), best within software services
Have a proven record of overachieving targets
Have experience in collaborating with enterprise clients (both Polish and abroad), selling and upselling to the current clients by keeping the relationship in the right shape
Honesty and ethical behaviour are your key driving factors & you present a highly collaborative approach and proactivity
Are willing to share knowledge, introduce changes and actively contribute to the sales & dev team’s success
Experience in serving strategic clients
Knowledge of English at C1 level
Very good organization of working time
High communication and negotiation skills
Commitment and independence in achieving the assumed goals
Readiness for business trips
