Senior Software Developer in Test

working closely with Software Developers and Software Developers in Test in small teams and sprint development cycles to deliver the highest quality products through the entire SDLC

test automation and/or aid in manual testing (both APIs, web and/or mobile)

performance testing (both backend and web/mobile apps profiling)

technical responsibility for the assigned project (mentoring, leading various meetings, QA team support and close cooperation etc.), including automation leadership (performing code reviews, setting the test repositories from scratch etc.)

responsibility for test strategies – both preparation and implementation

reporting any bugs found during testing process (Jira)

making suggestions for changes and improvements in the test process

commercial/professional experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer (preferably 4+ years) with at least 2 year of experience as a web and/or mobile Automation Engineer

good knowledge of any programming language (JavaScript or Java/Kotlin preferred)

experience with IDEs such as Android Studio, XCode or IntelliJ

good knowledge of testing tools like Browser Devtools, Charles or Postman

ability to set up an automation project from scratch

experience with advanced GIT commands

knowledge of REST API testing

experience with IDEs such as Android Studio, XCode or IntelliJ

experience with testing tools like Charles or Postman

experience with CI platforms (GitLab preffered)

good understanding of HTTP, HTML and CSS languages/protocols

basic knowledge of performance testing and security/pentesting

strong analytical and problem solving skills

excellent command of written and spoken English

experience with containerisation

experience with testing Cloud Services

experience with databases

knowledge of mobile applications distribution process
