Senior UX Designer

leading and coordinating design projects, including direct contact with clients and PO

delivering wireframes, prototypes and flows for web and mobile apps according to users needs & business requirements

collaborating with designers, developers and other stakeholders to set goals, adjust tasks based on timing and budget and ensure best quality

mentoring less experienced colleagues (teamwork means a lot to us)

running and participating in design workshops with clients

conducting user research and synthesising data into actionable insights

test interfaces and evaluate user feedback

have at least 4 yrs of experience in UX, documented with a strong portfolio of outstanding projects

have an in-depth understanding of UX methods, tools and techniques

have experience in leading UX design for highly functional mobile apps

have strong problem solving and analytical skills

have a strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles

speak English with confidence and communicate easily

have experience in building positive relationships with clients

have amazing time management and organisational skills

be interested in technology and innovations

experience in running Google Design Sprints

have experience in designing frameworks and guidelines

willing to travel to clients if needed
