Tasks

building qualified candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical rolespartnering with Hiring Managers, Technical Interviewers and Recruiters to create desired candidate profiles, then design and execute effective sourcing strategies

seeking out and contacting prospective candidates using a variety of search resources

qualifying candidates through phone screens, while also presenting the company – it’s values and benefits

maintaining accurate prospect and candidate pools in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

keeping up to date with new industry trends and introducing innovative, best sourcing practices

Must have

willingness to focus on identifying, assessing, and engaging potential candidates for multiple roles and turning them into applicants

keeping up to date with IT industry and local IT market news
caring more about the quality, not quantity

being able to communicate (in both Polish and English) easily with all the people you cooperate with

taking full ownership of assigned tasks and get things done
