at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX, documented with a strong social portfolio (e.g. Dribbble) of outstanding projects

experience in doing research and conducting usability tests

speak English with confidence and communicate easily

experience in building positive relationships with clients

stay up to date on emerging trends in online consumer behaviour, design guidelines and principles

amazing time management and organisational skills

can effectively share knowledge with the team (teamwork means a lot to us)

experience in motion and interaction design

ability to lead projects by yourself
