About the project

A project of advanced, intelligent industrial production planning for a joinery plant. The project will include integration with the client’s domain systems and a new solution to support production preparation and planning processes, taking into account existing and future production lines and current warehouse management.

Project duration: min. 12 months (first 3 months – trial period)

Tasks

supporting Product Owners in making key decisions at every stage of product development

defining MVP by prioritizing requirements in terms of business, user needs, market trends and technical requirements

creating user flow diagrams and user stories based on the knowledge gathered during every project phase and further analysis

preparation of project documentation and updating it throughout the project

identifying and understanding needs, requirements and goals of users by conducting market research, desk research, user research and stakeholders interviews for various products & business areas

implementing the Build-Measure-Learn cycle

defining and proactively tracking product success metrics throughout the project duration and after the release

building customer and project teams awareness of Agile Product approach

leading expert audits of existing products

organizing, facilitating and/or actively participating in workshops or meetings to understand and confirm client’s needs

collaborating closely with Stakeholders, Developers, Sales, Design & Marketing teams

Must have

at least 2 yrs of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership / Product Design fields or similar

strong communication, presentation and leadership skills – are you ready to negotiate features with clients and say firm no to those which don’t provide business value 🙂

knowledge of good UX/UI practices and trends

very good written and spoken English (B2) and Polish (C1)

good knowledge of Jira, Confluence & Miro

knowledge of BPMN notation

interdisciplinary knowledge in the fields of building digital products

analytical mind, you have 10 questions at the spot for each new product feature you’ve been presented with

can do attitude and full ownership of assigned tasks

creativity and willingness to build things/processes from scratch & working in a dynamic, multifaceted environment

Nice to have

experience in conducting workshops

willingness to mentor and educate other team members
