Join Miquido and Work on Projects for a Global payment Leader
At Miquido, we combine a passion for technology with the opportunity to collaborate with some of the world’s leading brands. We are currently looking for a Golang Developer to join our team and work on exciting projects for our client – an international payments company that leverages digital channels, including mobile phones, to send money internationally.
Project duration: Minimum 3 months (initial trial), with a potential 6-month extension.
Tasks
Design and develop RESTful APIs, Microservices, and CLI applications primarily in Go.
Contribute to the integration and onboarding of new products onto the client’s architecture.
Build and improve existing features in a hybrid backend environment (Go, Node.js).
Implement aggregated event measurement for iOS applications, including integration with multiple Conversation APIs (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit).
Design tools for marketing automation, such as dynamic ad management systems using exchange rate monitoring and AI.
Participate in A/B testing experiments involving ATT prompt displays and user data consent workflows.
Ensure high code quality via unit and functional testing, code reviews, and adherence to clean code principles.
Proactively identify and propose technical solutions without waiting for detailed client specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: project managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
Must have
Strong proficiency in Go with at least 2+ years of experience.
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in developing server-side applications (Go or other languages such as Node.js, Scala, or Kotlin).
Experience with API design and development; strong understanding of HTTP protocols and RESTful architecture.
Solid knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (ElasticSearch, MongoDB).
Practical understanding of clean code principles (writing clear, maintainable, and testable code).
Experience in version control systems, particularly GIT with GitFlow.
Proficiency with Unix-based systems (Mac, Linux).
Ability to work in hybrid backends and integrate APIs across multiple platforms.
Nice to have
Understanding Microservices architecture.
Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to cloud services (e.g., AWS).
Knowledge of Node.js to support hybrid backend tasks.
Experience with ETL processes and tools like Scala, Spark, or Kotlin.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and marketing automation systems.
