being the main point of contact for all HR related queries, conducting regular coffee breaks with employees, helping them to solve problems big and small 🙂

taking part in whole employee lifecycle: from onboarding to offboarding, proactively identify needs of the employees, managers and the organization and providing/implementing suggestions and solutions

structuring and facilitating performance management process & career development meetings
taking active part in all other HR projects and processes (talent development, succession planning, learning & development, rewards & recognition, market analysis, employee engagement and others)

supporting internal communication and information flow, preparing, updating & explaining policies

running end-to-end recruitment processes if required, both for technical and non-technical positions

building strong, positive relations with management & employees, based on trust and openness

sharing daily banter with mostly, but not only HR team 🙂

Must have

2+ years of HR Generalist/HR Specialist experience, preferably in an IT company (experience in end-to-end recruitment is also required)

record of successful participation in or driving HR projects related to employee engagement, performance management, talent development, market analysis, etc.

being up-to-date with modern HR practices & actively using this knowledge in your daily work

working knowledge of Polish Labour Code

kind & easy going attitude, full integrity and ability to quickly build relations with anyone: a candidate, an employee, CEO or external partner

highly developed communication & negotiation skills, ability to balance best interests of people & company equally

comfortable with switching contexts

ability to organize your daily work independently & take full ownership of assigned tasks

fluency in English (min. B2 level)

Nice to have

good, sharp sense of humour 🙂

experience of working in a software house or other SMB organisation
