building long-lasting relationships with candidates, building candidate pipelines
providing the best candidate experience possible
being a recruitment business partner, advising managers and technical recruiters on every stage of the recruitment process & suggesting improvements
implementing modern sourcing and recruiting methods (new ideas are always welcome!)
promoting Miquido as the employer of choice, by supporting internal & external EB initiatives
Must have
2+ years of the end-to-end IT recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment and a successful record of placements for various positions
keeping up to date with the IT industry and local IT market news & actively using this knowledge in your daily work
caring more about the quality, not quantity & have an eye for recruitment process improvements
ability to easily communicate and relate to all the people you cooperate with
experience in leading onsite interviews and choosing the best candidate for a given position
taking full ownership of assigned tasks and getting things done
ability to organise and prioritise your daily work independently & effectively
English skills (B2 level)
Nice to have
experience in recruitment for sales, marketing and/or back office teams
previous experience in leading and/or improving onboarding processes
