Tasks
cooperating with our Resource Management Team on assigning people to project teams, capacity planning and reporting, ensuring continuity of work and smooth transfer between projects
managing our people and teams on the “bench” while helping them to fulfill their self-development goals
taking care of assigned competence groups (approximately 50 people)
updates in and improvements of our RM tools (e.g.: Primetric) and keeping data up-to-date
analyzing and reporting on the status of resources in projects
supporting cooperation with external vendors (resource availability enquiries, invoicing)
working closely with the Sales team, e.g.: supporting client offers’ prep, availability inquiries
collaborating closely with the HR team, e.g.: helping in foreseeing and defining recruitment needs
collaborating with PMs, Marketing, Design,Team Leads etc.
keeping eye on process improvements
Must have
at least 1 year of professional experience of working in a software house/IT industry
ability to plan and to take quick & strategic decisions
ability to keep data up-to-date, accustomed to preparing forecasts, foreseeing gaps & inefficiencies
multitasking skills + you feel comfortable in fast-paced work environment
a 100% team player, helping to ensure smooth information flow between different stakeholders
analytical thinking and attention to details
