building relationships with potential customers

creating the outbound strategy (together with Business Development Team)

coming up with new unique selling points, adjusting them to the market situation, competition and new services of the company, proposing new initiatives and forms of promoting the company

preparing quotes and proposals in cooperation with technical teams and Account Executive (always focusing on the win-win scenario)

preliminary lead qualification (first contact with clients, customer needs research, lead qualification note preparation and submitting it to the Account Executive Team)

providing business support and advice at the initial stages of sales process

close cooperation with Account Executives and Business Development Team on a daily basis and other company departments (including: Production, Marketing and Product Strategy)

proactive sharing of ideas for improvements, possible changes to the scope of the outbound work, tools, presentations and documents

conducting analyzes and drawing conclusions based on data regarding the further development of the outbound strategy, as well as building an outbound knowledge base

monitoring the team’s self-development processes

Must have

min. 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Management (preferably with B2B clients and digital solutions)

good knowledge of task management and professional tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc) and ability to use lead lists and messages in Sales Navigator

excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)

being tech-savvy or willing to learn relevant software skills

open-minded, goals-oriented and team player

strong leadership and decision-making skills

ability to prioritize and manage time of the team effectively

Nice to have

proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

former experience in a software house or IT company

interest in new technologies

experience in working with CRM and Google Suite tools
