researching potential customers and building relationships with them

setting up meetings with potential clients according to the ICP and KPIs

preliminary lead qualification

creating the outbound strategy (with regular syncs between other Business Development Teams)

testing new ‘unique selling points’, research ideas, adjusting them to the market situation, competition and new services of the company, proposing new initiatives and forms of promoting the company

proactive sharing of ideas for improvements, possible changes to the scope of the outbound work, tools, presentations, and documents

conducting analyzes based on data regarding the further development of the outbound strategy, preparing reports, as well as building an outbound knowledge base

close cooperation with the Sales Team and other company departments when necessary

Must have

min. 4+ years of experience in Business Development (preferably with B2B clients and digital solutions)

proven track record and results

good knowledge of task management and professional tools (e.g. HubSpot, Woodpecker, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc) and ability to use lead lists

excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)

former experience in a software house or IT company

experience in cold mailing and LinkedIn or other outreach techniques

open-minded, goal-oriented and team player

proven work as a senior independent specialist-level

readiness for travel

Nice to have

previous experience in one of the following industries: Retail, Logistics, eCommerce, Fintech, Insurance, Telco, Music, Entertainment, Education, or similar

proven work experience as a Team Leader

strong leadership and decision-making skills

experience in working with CRM and Google Suite tools

being tech-savvy and interested in new technologies

ability to prioritize and manage the time of the team effectively

fluency in other languages
